Return Policy

At Cottage Grove Gift and Home, we aim to delight every customer. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order—either in person at our storefront or by mail.

To be eligible for a return, items must be sent back or returned to the storefront in their original condition - unworn or unused, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.  A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.  

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@cottagegrovegift.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Cottage Grove Home and Gift 621 Keith Dr. Greenville, SC. 29607.  You are responsible for your own postage to send back returns.
